As you can see my most significant change so far is my lack of a backpack and hence replaced suitcase. I actually gave up on the backpack about half way through my Australia trip when I realized that I was having to unpack and repack my whole bag each day. I got lazy.
Second thing you might notice is that I have changed up my shoes, added running shoes instead of hiking boots, and a pair of general day flats. I have also gained an excessive amount of jeans. Seriously, it’s a bit much: 3 jean shorts, 2 pants.
One of the most valuable things I have realized I needed more of was a complete first aid kit. I can’t even tell you the amount of times I visited a pharmacy on my trips. All it really takes is one thing to happen for you to realize how important having creams, lotions and proper sized bandages are.
I have also packed an expandable extra luggage, perfect for all the clothes I’m going to buy :)
Must resist the need to pack my suitcase full.
There you have it, all my bags are packed and I’m ready to go!
See you in Europe :)
Where did you get the expandable luggage bag??? I’ve been looking for an “xtra” bag to take along on my trip.
In china :P It’s super handy. Try looking at Le sport Sac for a more expensive version.
OMG — Another extended roadtrip. The world traveler is back! Yeaaaaaaa
Have a great trip! Can’t wait to see the first video! :)
You should have a competition to let one of your followers accompany you on a trip :-)
Where did you get the Toiletry bag? I love it! :)
Dakine, it’s amazing and I love it!
what type of vitamins do you take?
I would like to thank you for all your hard work and videos, you’ve inspired me to take a contiki trip to Europe this April. I would have never heard of contiki if it wasn’t for you. And thanks for the packing tips, just have to apply it to a guys traveling needs :p
Hey uhm. .. weird question:
I’ll be in Budapest for July and August. I’ll stay in one place with 5 other people. Nice cute hotel. I will be having art summer camp and I traveled for 2 moths to Germany before yet I’m still freaking out when it’s time to get things together. Any suggestions? I already know which art supplies to bring and kinda know some handy things I’ll take with me (like the handy small tool set, the special repair duct tape I take everywhere -can even repair camp bags- and stuff like that) yet rest is so unclear. Will this list cover it all maybe?
