So I am calling this blog post Ho Chi Minh City: Cliff Notes Edition<\/em> since it’s realistically just a quick snap shot of Ho Chi Minh City. Now of course I could go through and say most of the places I stay at are just a quick snap shot of what is truly there to discover; but, I actually got the opportunity at the end of my Contiki Big Indochina Tour to spend some time, 8 days to be exact, in Ho Chi Minh. Hence, I will save the finer details about this city for that post.<\/p>\n

In the meanwhile, please do enjoy some of the lovely must-see tourist attractions included in this blog post, like the Notre-Dame Basilica<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Complete with a perfectly timed just married <\/em>photo op! Actually, I believe they were doing some sort of fashion shoot since there was three different couples all posing for photographs.<\/p>\n

And the Central Post Office<\/strong>, with its claim to fame being that it was designed and built by Gustave Eiffel, aka the guy that built the Eiffel Tower.<\/p>\n

Aside from that, the only other\u00a0mention would be our stop outside the War Remembrance Museum<\/strong>, which literally was just a stop outside since it was closed due to an electrical problem.<\/p>\n
