Thanks for this video Nadine, I am grateful for tips geared towards ladies! Do you have any advice on Latin America (specifically Costa Rica, Guatemala, and Belize)? I am travelling alone and my family definitely have the notion that I am going to be raped and killed or something horrible!

Great tips. As a long-term solo traveler myself I agree that “following your intuition” is super important. Developing that intuition (or learning how to hear it) is a skill that gets honed quickly on the road.
